ACCA Study Schools for Papers F7 and F8
17 and 18 January 2009
Be prepared - dates for your diary!
You may be one of our students who has just sat exams and doesn’t want to even think about opening the textbooks again until you receive your exam results in February. Or you may have decided to take time out from sitting exams this session and are waiting until next year to decide which papers you wish to take in June.
Whatever your circumstances, as a trainee accountant it's good practice to be prepared and think ahead, which is why we are contacting you now with important dates for your diary in January 2009. If you wish to be well prepared for your next exams, you can't afford to miss these events.
ACCA is running a series of study schools with expert tutors from BPP and Kaplan. Held in January - a relatively quiet time for students in the ACCA calendar - it provides the ideal opportunity for you to get a taster for some of the next exams you may be eligible to sit in 2009 and get up-to-date tips, guidance and advice on key topics covered within the syllabus.
'In the course of my Presidency, I have had the privilege of meeting students in many markets around the world. I have been deeply impressed by your drive and determination to gain ACCA membership. These heavily-subsidised courses give you a real opportunity to get a head start in your studies and to move a step closer to that goal. I encourage you to take advantage of these study school events, which will I hope will play a part in accelerating your journey towards gaining those all-important ACCA letters.'
Richard Aitken-Davies
ACCA President
